To protect the privacy, safety, and exclusivity of every member and the sanctity of the Residence, admission into Baraka is contingent upon a multi-faceted vetting process.
- Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA): All applicants must execute a binding NDA. The location, interior layout, guest lists, and events of Baraka are confidential. This is a non-negotiable tenet of our community.
- Comprehensive Background Verification: A thorough background check is conducted to ensure the integrity and safety of our collective.
- Financial Standing Review: A soft credit check confirms financial stability and discretion.
- Health & Wellness Attestation: To ensure a safe environment, members must provide a recent health attestation from a certified practitioner.
Only upon successful completion of this covenant will the $5,500 annual membership fee be extended.
